As you enter the at ground level you are greeted with sea views from the front bedroom with the addition of 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry with a backdoor that leads out onto the landscaped gardens.

Offering a spacious open plan living area upstairs this lovely home is ideal for your Whitsunday holiday. You will be amazed by the sweeping views of the Coral Sea, Port of Airlie and Airlie Beach. You should see the lights at night! The front balcony has a large dining table and BBQ, making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

The upstairs level also includes the spacious en-suite master bedroom, indoor dining area, reading nook and a rear balcony making it a great spot to sit and relax.

The main street is just a short walk where you will discover Airlie's restaurants, bars and shops.
