The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate all aspects- common areas, more staff, upgrades etc. if ever a reputable operator takes over this property it could be world class !

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour observer les chutes. Personnel disponible et s'ajuste a la clientèle. Lors de notre passage (septembre 2025) il y avait très peu de clients, les coussins pour les chaises longues extérieures n'étaient pas disponibles, les couloirs étaient sombres (les lumières étaient fermés dû au peu de client). Le signal du wifi dans les chambres était très faible ou inaccessible. Nous devions aller dans le lobby de l'hôtel pour avoir le signal.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Borj des Cascades,
L'hotel est bien situté avec les terrasses vue sur les chutes. les chutes et les restaurants sont tous a une distance de marche.

Super accueil, personnel super sympa, magnifique établissement avec une vue époustouflante ! Chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, propreté, tout y était.
Petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui pourrait-être meilleur, serveur cependant très sympa et accueillant.
Nous reviendrons in sha Allah avec plaisir ! Et je recommande.
