"After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. Hard to close/lock the door to the room, employees lack hospitality experience - completely unprofessional reception/service.
