"We had a lovely time in your villa. The only recommendation we have is that the outside room/annex was extremely hot even with a fan being purchased. The was no curtain on the door which added to the heat of the room. The description mentioned air con however this was only in one bedroom so the rest of the house was at times very hot and humid. Air con in every room would be beneficial. The swimming pool is as described, for 7 persons this was quite small. The villa manager was very helpful...

"The house is in a lovely location and we really enjoyed our time her and had a lovely holiday. However,the house is tired and items in it are old. This is not a problem while you stay there and it adds to a homely feel. Unfortunately some deckchairs broke. I informed the owner. He has now taken 800 euro from me claiming the washing machine broke (we used it on the morning we left and it was fine- it was an old machine!) and the pool cover broke. No pictures or evidence of this has been supplied....

"We had a wonderful week here in august 2023. There was 4 adults and 4 children aged between 5 - 9. The Villa was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture very nice and practical. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater. Bathrooms very nice and clean on arrival. Most of the Villa is a bit dated as in photos but clean and comfortable. Pool is large and great undercover area to escape the sun. Rognes is such a beautiful town which we loved to...

"We stayed in the villa for almost three weeks and would highly recommend it. The villa is well equipped and beautifully maintained both inside and out. The surroundings are peaceful. The house had everything we needed for our stay and more, and there is plenty of space both inside and out to sit and relax. Pascal was a very good host. Communication both before and during our stay was timely and really helpful. The local village has two lovely bakeries as well as shops to buy produce and...
