First impression was who I presume was the owner who tutted at me when I called to ask if we could check in then came across rather rude, luckily young lady who checked us in later that day was very polite and banished our thoughts of the rude ‘owner’ Breakfast was lovely, room was relaxed and comfy "

"Really lovely hotel, especially the newer renovated rooms. The area around is stunning, with loads of dining and drinks options and the station is just a 2 mins walk. The bus to the lake is easy to catch by the station too and takes 7 mins, so very convenient. The only downside I would say it’s that it’s not made clear that the outdoor pool is only accessible with a spa pass, so it’s worth booking a spa-access room. Otherwise they will offer to upgrade you for 81 euros per night, or buy a 3 hr...
