The staff of waiters and waittresss were outstanding The overdeer of the the food and modt of the hotel, was always helpful. Clean rooms . The onlt 2 things i gound inconvenient was they dont coffe until 8, as i am an early riser and no coffee machines in the room. Also my room was described as a Terence view which in cluded cinderblock walls and no furniture outside. But i enjoyed my stay and geñt very safe

Very nice old school resort located in a quiet area of Aciiji on Lake Chapala. Great view of the lake. Two clean swimming pools. Two neighborhoods in opposite directions to explore each with a plaza and one with a Malecon. Meals at the hotel took quite a while to get after ordering but that was the only downside. Return trip to the airport only took a half an hour. Made contact with the taxi driver the evening before departure at the Plaza and he was at the hotel right on time...only $37.00 U.S. to the terminal.

If you want to celebrate something special, this is the place to be or if you want to have a great time, it is peaceful with great dining option and great bar. The grounds are well kept and very nice and it is in front of lake Chapala … close to Chapala center to go for a walk … highly recommended

Great place in the lake front. Try to get the rooms with the new digital doors as we saw other people struggling with the normal key doors.

Tengo años que voy a ese hotel,todo era perfecto,pero esta ocacion el agua estaba fria de la regadera de el cuarto,les dije y no hicieron nada,mis 2 hijos con el azulejo de la alberca se cortaron habia cucaracha en el baño ,las toallas hacian la limpieza y no las dejaban ,hasta despues,si quieres algo de cenar no contestan el room service,esta vez no me gusto tambien fui a comer y nadie se paro te dejan esperando y mejor opcion ir afuera de el hotel a comer.habitacion 120 me toco .
