Limited interaction with staff - which was fine. Room clean but several improvements could be made - toilet seat lid had been glued from historical crack, loose cupboard handle on microwave cupboard, no non slip mat or handles in spa bath/shower quite dangerous, coffee table unsafe due to loose glass covering. Complimentary drink sachets of poor quality. Decor outdated and very ethnic.
