"This was a great hotel to stay at as an introduction to Tokyo! It took about 1.5 hours to get there from Narita airport. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which we were grateful for while fighting jetlag. In addition, the blackout curtains really helped with morning sunlight. The included breakfast is very popular and has something for everyone. We also appreciated the deodorant spray in the room, and the robes and slippers. "We had Executive club access which was excellent superb views of tokyo too.and although there was renovations at the main lobby that didnt affect the wonderful stay lovely swallow pool not heated though fully equipped gym and very attentive personnel we used 3 of the hotel restaurants and all were excellent but on the expensive side..location of hotel peaceful for a city and with a tokyo metro nearby everything was within 20 mts"
