"My family and I have stayed at all three of the Sanctuary lake houses, and are always impressed with the attention to detail and all the amenities. The new Blackwater Lake place is really amazing. The dining room table is huge with a great view of the lake. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone, which was great for gathering and playing games. The game room and home theater was a life saver when it was raining - the kids loved the laser tag. Having exclusive use of the pontoon...

"Great location for Leech Lake! Cabin is right in the middle of 3 public Lake access that enter at different points of the lake. Cabin was clean but not prepped for our arrival. Beds are very firm as we are a plush type of mattress people. The cabin had a band-Aid or very clinical smell to it. The local town was very cute and we enjoyed ourselves there! Lots of great little restaurants and shopping! Thank you for the use of your cabin we enjoyed ourselves. "

"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved sitting around the bonfire and making s’mores. Our puppy loved running around inside the fenced area and joining us on our family trip. The location of this home was convenient for visiting Itasca State Park. The only thing we found disappointing was that the dock was already pulled in. Our boys were looking forward to being able to fish off the dock. The owners were very communicative and shared with us a location near by for fishing....

"The property is as it says online. Very nice and roomy. Master suite king bed is new, firm, and with comfort pillow top. Grill was only charcoal, but charcoal and lighter fluid was provided. Property include access to protected harbor spot. The home is located feet away from paved Heartland Trail access. It is conveniently located a block off the highway. During the day, traffic noise can be heard but it quiets at night and the home has great A/C so you don't hear it much. We would return!"

"We were in town for a family reunion on Fish Hook Lake, so the location was great! HWY 71 was a little loud in the evening as we were trying to get to bed with the windows open, but we managed. The owner had a great communication and was accommodating to our schedule. Very clean and everything we needed was there!"

"When we arrived, the check-in process was communicated to us and was so easy to follow. The host actually came and met us shortly after we checked in and he made us feel right "at home". The home was perfect for us, as we had family coming from several locations, and there was enough parking for our families 5 vehicles. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and common areas were well decorated and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to sleep, eat and relax. The outside grilling...
