It was false advertisement on the website. I thought I was renting the room with the Jacuzzi in the middle, but it wasn’t. They even sent me an email that confirmed with the picture of the Jacuzzi and when I arrived, they told me that I would have to pay another $115 to get that room. They should definitely take off that picture with the Jacuzzi on it and stop lying making it seem like that’s the room that you can reserve.

Was charged the wrong amount for the booking. Website kept trying to book me for a week when I only needed one day. Finally got that fixed but when arrived at the location the smoking room which I thought was ordered was non smoking. Had to pay the regular non internet price which was 30 dollars more. Was super pissed but have been so busy I couldn't write a review. Haven't used Expedia since. Not a happy customer

We were caught in the area due to a snowstorm. This was the closest hotel for us to drive to. It was awful. The hotel was in very poor condition in every aspect. Electrical was frightening, bathroom felt like there was Vaseline on the floor, furniture was in poor condition, the list goes on and on. I would never stay there again.

The room had mold under the fridge , staff was horrible made generalizations that i had guest when i didnt and informed the daybshit front desk lady that their was no guests in my room was accused of being loud in my room and was not true then the day shift front desk lady informed me there was female clothing in my so i tequested sfaff to come inspect my room with me to prove there was again no guests in room with me especially a female the table was falling apart the tub and toilet had looked as if it was not cleaned in a very long long time and over all hospitality was seriously the worst ever i wont ever book there again

Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was one of the worst we've ever slept on. It was low so handicap could access, but too low for anyone else and extremely soft in a bad way. Paint needs touched up, and sink basin was fully cracked. Property needs attention to detail. Breakfast was adequate.

The carpet had chip crumbs on it. The hallway had a heavy marijuana odor. The bed blankets were very old and itchy. Next door to a Walmart parking lot. You can hear the trucks unloading all night.The breakfast was fine.

very disappointing .. shotty patchwork in the bathroom. internet was terrible. We thought we had internet only to find it didnt connect and used our personal data. Breakfast was a joke. waffles and cereal only.. no muffins, no bagels . we thought we had two queen beds but the were only fulls, so sleeping was awful, so were the flat pillows. fridge was set on only 3 and all of our sodas froze. very upset about this.. will NOT recommend.
