The staff is very friendly and I had car issues - they helped me get my room even after Expedia canceled my reservation even tho I had spoken to an employee at the hotel. It’s a mix.
Our suite was adequate but the furniture was dirty(chrome shows everything especially people’s feet/finger prints). The bathroom sink is bowing, kitchen cabinets are all chipped. The manager was wonderful, the pool spotless and the outdoor area is beautiful.
