" Murat was a very responsive host from the booking process to the checkout. He arranged grocery shopping, airport transfers and a great list of advises for Bodrum The kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary gadgets and all appliances were Gaggenau. The property was very stylish and comfortable Resort had one of the best beaches I have ever experienced. "So this had to have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't explain the whole story and it is a big scam and false advertisement. The rooms are run down and dirtyyyyy. I don't think they clean the rooms after each stay because the floor is covered in soot, and the sheets are all stained. The AC unit do not work and there are roaches. I am going to try and get a refund back because this is unacceptable. I got there at 1am and we were a pretty big family so we had no choice...
