It is beautiful Hotel but they need to be upgraded more like for example the Internet is very bad. The sauna doesn’t work. The Gym doesn’t have no equipment that much. The people they work over there. It is not appropriate or professional for staff to come to the table, ask for my room number, leave to check whether drinks are included, and then return to say they are not included. If drinks are not included in my room package, this should be clearly explained before taking the order. Coming back to the table after checking makes the guest feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in a restaurant environment. To make matters worse, at the end I was charged $22 for two colas, which is an extremely unreasonable price and far above normal standards. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.
