"The rooms are large but badly maintained. The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5pm. So we went to eat and came back a while later. The bathroom was of very poor standard , the bathroom was very small and the shower was overhanging the toilet and flooded the bathroom. The reception gentleman was pleasant. It is difficult to find accomodation in this area on the internet but there are many services appts in the same street. This hotel is located behind the Italian restaurant."

"What I didn't like was that this property was so off the beaten path that neither Google Map nor a local Saudi who has lived in the city for a long time could locate the property until several drive arounds in circles finally enabled us to pinpoint its location. "The receptionist was unhelpful. The bed looked like it had been slept in. Sheets looked dirty with evidence of bed bugs. Rubbish outside the bedrooms. We removed out bags and left"

"The facility is still under construction. No pool, everything is dirty, and the rooms are horrible. The room I was offered had a sink in the living room, the bathrooms had no shower door or curtains and the air conditioner was not working. It was so bad that I refused to stay. Avoid this property.
