"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. "This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."

The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. "Pros: I was there on a Business trip. Overall experience is good. Clean hotel. My Room was specious. Buffet food very good especially Lunch. Friendly Staff, smooth fast check in & out. Accepted my request for late checkout. Cons: Little bit over priced Lobby and Corridors overly scented - I dont mind little bit of a nice aroma but this was overwhelming. Hotel WiFi was unsecured (access without password), which caused a concern and couldn't use it much. Thank you, I think I'd visit again."
