"The staff at the guesthouse were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was wonderful—vegetables and eggs from its own property. The guesthouse is located on the edge of Jericho and it was so peaceful there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed and inviting environment. "

"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. "This is a beautiful, wonderful hotel with a historic touch. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very attentive. Got a chance to meet the owners who are wonderful people. The hotel itself is just a minute walking from anything shopping to restaurants, but away from the busy streets and noise. I’ve stayed in Ramallah before but nothing compares to this one and will be back again on my next trip to the area!"
