"The best hotel ever"

"The hotel and staff were fabulous. The lobby area is grand and even has a pianist playing at certain times during the day which is a classy touch. The only service related issue I had was that at breakfast the service was hit and miss in that tea and coffee or omlette orders could be slow in arriving at the table or may not arrive at all and we had to reorder. But overall our stay was a memorable and relaxing one. The staff were helpful in arranging excursions. The room was spotless, the room itself was massive as was the bed (which was extremely comfortable). One improvement would be to have a more powerful shower. We were looking for a relaxing stay and chose this hotel because of the beach, pool area, spa and choice of restaurants. Breakfast had great variety also with a mix of English-style and Indian breakfasts alongside local foods and plenty of healthy options like fruit, yoghurts, cereals to go with the sweeter options like pancakes, waffles, pastries etc."
