Lovely local hotel with far more charm that plastic chain hotels. Greeted pleasantly, hotel on a quiet side street, an easy walk to restaurants. Would stay here again!

We stayed here to go to Universal Studios, and it was perfect. A 12-minute uber to the park was convenient, and the price matched how much time we spent in our room. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and it has everything you need. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it’s limited. The one in the hotel is 21 , which isn’t great for families. I would definitely stay there again, although I did miss having in-room coffee to start my day.

I adored this hotel. I work in Los Angeles for about a week every other month and my last few trips, I’ve been staying here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s fabulous! Tons of space in the rooms, very comfortable and super nice staff. It’s my new go to hotel in downtown LA. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in downtown LA so I know every hotel downtown inside out and backwards. This is my favourite.

the desk staff was very nice, the power went out briefly for a couple minutes as we walked into our room lol. the room was kind of humid the entire time we were there in february but not too bad.
