"Great safe location. We enjoyed our stay here in Alameda. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to our concert in Oakland. Very clean. Great breakfast. Planes flew overhead but it didn’t bother us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was a rowdy LOUD group of visitors in the elevator area on our floor at 2:45 am. ( our room was right by the elevator!)"

"Thie hotel was a good send. I wish i had stayed longer. We needed a hotel for aboutb2 months and we initially stayed on Mandela parkway in Emeryville. It was about 20 less per night. The difference was significant. The additional 20 per night was worth it. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, my shower water had low pressure and was repaired within the first day. The neigborhood is quiet and clean. The staff was very nice and so were the other people who were there. This was a great stay....

"Very nice little house and was great for our large dog. The dog park was within walking distance. Standard size frig and oven were great along with a kitchen table that comfortably seated four. Host was very responsive!! Would easily stay again!"
