Step into a beautifully renovated 1900s historic home in Albany, Oregon, offering modern amenities alongside classic charm. Sleep soundly in a comfy king bed, two queens, and two twins. Enjoy a large TV, toys for kids, a small desk, and a cozy living room. Conveniently located near downtown Albany, 4 mins from the hospital, and 20 mins from Corvallis.

The Space:
This home encompasses both the main and top floors of the house. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a half bathroom. Downstairs features a spacious primary bedroom with a large full bathroom. It's important to note that there is a basement unit with a separate entrance, occupied by a full-time tenant. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Rest assured, the unit is well-insulated, minimizing noise transfer from downstairs.
