TV operation was complicated and operating literature in the room. Had to go to front desk to get channel list and figure out remote operation through trial and error. Cheap accessories in the bathroom. No stopper in the tub. Entrance from the street was very confusing. But was clean, comfortable and quiet.

This hotel is always full when we stay here. It's getting a little shabby. The outside of our room door looked like someone beat it up. The towels need to be refreshed, they are getting thin. The room we stayed in this time was in fairly good shape otherwise. I could have used a heavier blanket this time around and there aren't blankets in the rooms. However, I have to give a lot of credit to the housekeeping staff. They do a very good job of making sure the rooms are or appear clean and stocked with towels, shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. And they are very pleasant. They deserve tips!

There were not enough shampoo or conditioner, etc. in bathroom. Dirty towels, not milk for coffee no food for breakfast, very bad attitude staff many of them didn't speak English

Seemed under staffed. When we arrived , the door to our room was propped open, we were told that the cleaning staff sometimes does that. The breakfast in lobby was not busy but staff still struggled to stock it. Waited 15 minutes for coffee.

Terrible location. Checked in online,then did pre check in online then got to hotel and did it again. Stood at reception for a long time waitng for him to take deposit from credit card which i had given twice before. still holding my deposit 6 days later. we slept there, and left'

The location is convenient to highways, but is quiet and feels safe. Breakfast options were standard and seemed to be done well. Room was clean, but there was a mildew smell in the bathroom if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Housekeeping and front desk employees were friendly.

Disappointing experience - have stayed there previously and property has definitely deteriorated. Noisy neighborhood at night.
