Motel charges a mandatory 100.00 upfront refundable deposit fee for damages. The room was ok, however the bathroom door didn't shut. Its a fair hotel for a night wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

As a family, we valued all the security cameras. Owner/manager was on sight actively doin things rather than an observer. I wasnt worried for myself, my son, or our car. Not bad for a airport hotel 👌

General opinion : ok for the price charged. This place needs to make sure ALL rooms have been cleaned and refreshed with clean linens and towels before any guest is allowed to the room.

They could not change our room when asked. It had a terrible cigarette smell and so much humidity the sheets were wet and humid. There was mold in the bathroom, no hot water and there were unidentified hair in the bathroom including on the toilet seat. Sink was cracked and when I let the staff know about the cold water only I was received with “that’s impossible”. No solution. Only reason we stayed was because it was late into the night and had driven 11 hours. Save yourself from a bad experience and book somewhere else.

Unprofessional staff a roach was in my room. Staff is very rude couldn’t use microwave door wouldn’t lock staff harassed me and my guest the whole stay. I would never book here again. Mind you it was my wedding weekend celebration!

Upon arrival had to kill an insect in the room. While laying in bed, spider crawled down from bed head. Tub had a big rust spot in it which makes you hesitant to shower in it. Water pressure for shower very low. Convenient for the one night stay.

Staff was unhelpful, I reserved two nights tried to change one because my trip got moved because of a storm on Saturday night around New York and they didn’t help. I had to pay for two nights even though I only stayed for one. Also they’re not clear about the 100$ deposit. Worst hotel
