We liked how secluded it was from the city. Unfortunately when we got into our room, there was food left in the fridge and a candy wrapper in the bed when we pulled the covers down and red candies and hair on the sheets. we ended up sharing the one bed. I am not one to complain. So we were very dissapointed in our cleaniness of our room. I stayed at a Tru in syracuse and really enjoyed it, that is why I picked this hotel. It was also very loud out in the hallways in the middle of the night. I will stick to embassy suites, thats usually what I book. Thank you.

I was always happy booking the Hilton till this weekend spent with my husband and kids , we were so disappointed in the breakfast not even a good muffin & we were down by 8am . The coffee was horrible and the breakfast was terrible not even much to choose . We had to go over to a local diner … other than that , I love this place .. don’t say breakfast at the Hilton !!! It’s breakfast from hell !
