"This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city. It felt secure, with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood, near the marina and train station. The villa doesn't have central heat but two portable heaters were provided that were definitely needed in mid-March. Communication with the on site host would have been easier had our Portuguese been better, but we were able to communicate...

"We had a lovely stay in Lagos with very helpful and friendly owners. They even picked us up as we tried walking up the hill. A nice quiet location away from the noise of downtown yet close enough to enjoy the city! Loved the use of the complex pool! Highly recommend."

"The property was very clean! The balcony was an added plus. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. There were manuals to help you operate the appliances. It was close enough to walk to shopping and dining. The owner communicated quickly and often. I would suggest getting new pillows for the bed! Also, make sure the place is stocked with ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. "
