Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there

Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good.
