"We really loved our stay here - not sure why the reviews are so bad. The farmhouse has been renovated and is gorgeous - you have a bedroom with another bed on a mezzanine for the kids. "We booked this hotel very last minute, and we really lucked out with how special it is! A family owned operation with an architecturally interesting building, in the ideal location. The owners and the staff were so genuine and helpful in every way. The breakfast was plentiful, and other meals for purchase were also great. They helped us with a day trip to Monopoli to the beaches, and gave great dining recommendations. We will miss this special hotel and hope to visit again soon! "

"I got food poisoning and ask for 1 hour extra of check out and the host was not flexible. Ending going to the hospital at 5:30 am and have to come back before 9:30 it was very complicated and not considered from the host. "Our stay in Alberobello was incredible. Our home was beautiful and so was the town. We were a short walk from the town center and the bus stop was just down the hill. I would recommend renting a car if you are going to travel around Puglia. The buses can be a hassle and cabs are almost non existent. Our host was so nice and always in contact with us. She also arranged for breakfast to be brought to us each morning. I would highly recommend and plan on going back."
