"Hello. I love the staff there were so willing to help me out when I needed it !!!! The convince of parking the car under the hotel were it was much warmer was really very nice too To be able to have a free bus ticket was smart idea since I don't always keep cash So I do appreciate this Also the cleaning staff were very respectful to us while using the elevator which I was very glad !!!! "What a great location to stay in Banff!!! Had the most wonderful family trip, nearby everything and free underground parking!"

"The resort was nice and the staff all friendly. The only thing that I would have like to have known was that the restaurant was not open. It was my bday and we wanted to do everything on the resort only because of the weather and had to drive to the main stripe to eat out which wasn’t bad but not what we were expecting. Even at checkin we were not told the restaurant was not open for business. "
