Villa Matira is a lovely 5-bedroom holiday home in central Albufeira (sleeping 10 + 3 guests), just a few minutes’ walk from both the Albufeira Old Town and the colourful Marina. With an unbeatable location, private swimming pool and breath-taking sea views, this villa is the perfect holiday home for your getaway with family or friends.

Villa Matira has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms.

The property is spread out over several levels, and benefits from a stunning rooftop terrace, from which you can take in the expansive sea and city views. On the second level there’s a twin bedroom, as well as 2 bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first level (2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom) where you can wake up to views of the ocean.

The lower floor of the property houses the living areas, a bedroom, a guest W.C. and a fully equipped kitchen including dishes & utensils, gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. From the kitchen and living area on the lower floor you can also take in the stunning ocean views and memorable sunsets.

The cosy living / dining room allows for family meals and evening get-togethers and has direct access to the terrace by the swimming pool where you can enjoy a meal al fresco, cooked on the BBQ while taking in the magnificent views. Out on the pool terrace you’ll find plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun or lounge in the shade in between dips in the pool.

Villa Matira has an incredibly central location, in a residential neighbourhood of Albufeira. The property is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) and has a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés within close proximity. The famous Elevador do Peneco accessing the beach below is just a 6-minute walk away, the Albufeira Old Town is within a 10-minute walk and the Albufeira Strip is just a 10-minute drive away.

With such an excellent location, Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
