Not worth the price - BUGS, outdated, worn out furniture/beds.
Within 5 minutes of being in the house we had to kill 2 spiders in the master bedroom. Throughout the rest of our stay we encountered several more spiders and a few roaches inside the house. All alive. My kids were totally freaked out to be there because of the bugs. As for the house it could definitely benefit from some updating throughout. Everything is very dated. The carpet in the living room is stained. The couches are all worn out and in the front room you just sink down into them as the cushioning was uneven and worn down. A couple of the beds were old and sinking in the middle making them extremely uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price that is being charged. However, the neighborhood and location were great. And check in/check out was easy to do.

Nice Neighborhood/Not Clean
Neighborhood was nice, house though had some issues. Multiple bugs, could smell bug spray. Nightstand tops had food crumbs and greasy prints all over, carpet had lots of stains. There weren't any washcloths in the bathrooms. 2 of the beds are really worn out and sink in the middle. Also, furniture isn't made for older people, my elderly relatives had issues getting up from couch.

Mother’s Day
The house was in a great neighborhood and the 4 bedrooms were great. It was plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen could use a little updating but still works for time periods we stayed. The only complaint was lawn really needed to be mowed. Grass was extremely high in front and back yard. Host was responsive and courteous.

Fantastic neighborhood Great host
This was an awesome property. Comfortable. Clean. Great location!!! Awesome yard. We had to come to Albuquerque for a family emergency. Joshua was so accommodating and made a rough situation much easier. Will definitely stay again
