Other things to note
LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals MUST contact me prior to booking. We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over.
EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests as I do charge an extra guest fee in lieu of a larger cleaning fee. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
RING DOORBELL CAMERA - There is a Ring doorbell camera outside the front door that points towards the driveway/street.
RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
PET FEE - Small dogs (under 20 lbs) are allowed on a case-by-case basis (unfortunately, we cannot accept cats). Please let us know BEFORE booking if you plan to bring a pet. An additional $75 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation after booking so that we can ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests who may have allergies.
PET RULES - Small dogs (under 20 lbs) are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats. Please keep pets off of the furniture (or bring a blanket to cover furniture), clean up any pet waste in the yard, and do not leave dogs unattended and barking in the home or yard.
LONG STAYS - For stays of 18+ days, we require a mid-stay cleaning. If the stay will be 5+ weeks, mid-stay cleanings are required every 14 days. The discounted cost for each cleaning will be 50% of the regular cleaning fee. Request for payment for mid-stay cleanings will be sent through Airbnb's resolution center and must be paid prior to check-in (or upon extension of your stay). We will coordinate the cleanings to occur on a day that is most convenient for you.
