The first apartment we got was horrible and dirty. We talked with the nice receptionist in the morning and she managed to organise us a new, better and clean, one. We were really thankful to meet such a competent and experienced employee. The first night got refunded and we were offered to have additional breakfast for the next two mornings. I thought this was very fair deal to make things better. The rest of the stay was pleasant, the pool area was really nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the hotel personal been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay.

The hotel experience was disappointing. The receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude and she was extremely slow, which was off-putting. The hotel's surrounding areas had a sewer-like odor, and the rooms smelled very unpleasant at night. Although our room was cleaned on the second day, the shampoo and hand soap bottles were not refilled, which is problematic if you stay longer than two days. Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash, a policy I haven't encountered at other hotels. The breakfast was subpar, with limited options and bland taste. While the unit was spacious with three bedrooms, the stairs made it less convenient. Overall, my stay was below average, and I do not plan to return.

Thieving cleaner

Everything was going fine to start with until the cleaner decided she would steal my wife’s iphone. We realised it was missing and only due to quick thinking and the find my iPhone app that we were able to start chasing her halfway through Alcudia in the car and scared her enough that once she knew we were chasing her, she ended up returning it to the hotel reception to try and cover up the theft. We spoke to management but to be totally honest he couldn’t care less and kept making excuses for her, then said she would be layed off, but she was still working at the hotel on the day we checked out. Such a shame and I’d never be returning to this hotel.

Todo en general ha estado bastante bien. Apartamento amplio, camas cómodas, todo lo necesario. El buffet, poca variedad, pero lo que ponían todo muy bueno y casero, osea que bien, pq más vale poco pero de calidad. El servicio de tod@s l@s trabajador@s, excelente, desde recepción hasta limpieza, pasando por las camareras, el punto más bien valorado de nuestra estancia. Punto negativo a algunos huéspedes, extranjeros, que se piensan que los pasillos donde dan las habitaciones, son un buen lugar para dejar que los niños (y no tan niños) corran y griten hasta altas horas de la noche, en fín, eso tiene que ver más con la educación que traen de casa que con el hotel en sí, pero se tenía que decir.

Dejligt ophold

Boede 6 dage på hotellet med 4 børnebørn. Vi havde det godt. Personalet var dygtige og venlige. Stedet er godt for både børn og voksne.

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft für 6 Personen. Wir waren überrascht, wie groß sie ist. Sie war ebenfalls sauber und es gab viele mini-Extras auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat uns leider wiederum gar nicht gefallen. Im ganzen war es aber eine wirklich super Unterkunft
