"I liked restaurant service, waitres very nice. Didn't like, at the time to check in, my reservation wasn't in the system. * I made my room reservation and they gave me a diferent room, plain with out night stand no trash can in the room, just one in the bathroom, not art pictures on the walls... room looks like a MOTEL ROOM, the was first night then they give us a descent one for second night. I paid for a nice hotel room in avance and the first night gave me a poor hotel room. "

"I had to double pay for the room. I paid expedia, but when i got there, they had my reservation but no money so I had to pay twice for the room. Expedia needs to either clarify that going through them and paying only reserves the room. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. "
