"The communication was appalling. The phone number listed on hotels.com is wrong. I did not receive the email with the check in instructions. Once check in is done, you are supposed to receive an email with codes for the front door and the apartment door… I am still waiting for this email and I have already checked out. The phone assistance has awkward hours, the person answering is bored and answers one question at a time and you need to call back… unbelievable!"

"Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Front desk staff not friendly. Housekeeping they clean the room every day but please use bathroom cleaner the bathroom on our 3rd days has bad smell already. "I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!"

"This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."
