"Great locstion, excellent service. Bathroom was a little tired (cracked cistern), wardrobe door and bathroom door also damaged. Surrounding area has great selection of restaurants. Crime in area though. Saw two incidents of theft; one in a supermarket, another where someone attempted to rob a person of their bags in the street. Made us wary to leave hotel in the evening. Public transport excellent, adjacent to parral-lel station. Again, lots of beggars at the station though, some aggressive and moved on by staff."

"Despite being in the heart of the Rambla, the rooms were surprisingly free of outside noise. Many nearby restaurants, cafes, markets, and other Barcelona attractions were nearby and within walkable distances. The Arc also offered a scrumptious buffer breakfast."

"I read prior reviews of hotel before i chose to stay here. They were spot on. The hotel is friendly and clean. The breakfast buffet was well done. The hotel is within walking distance to many sights but if not taxis are readily available. I would stay here again. "
