THE POSITION OF THE VILLA
The villa is located in Alessano town, in the south of Salento, about 10 minutes by car from the sea.
Between countryside and olive groves, in a predominantly rural area, Villa Gargasole allows you to enjoy maximum privacy and relaxation, even in its outdoor areas.
THE HOUSE: LIVING AREA
The house is approximately 120 m2 large, the rooms are well furnished with a modern and refined design. In particular, inside the house the prevailing colors are white and beige, which give a nice feeling of brightness and spaciousness to the whole. Furthermore, the floors are in porcelain stoneware and the fixtures have high performance, which guarantee excellent energy efficiency and acoustic insulation.
The large open space is tastefully furnished and is embellished with a kitchen with a central island, and all the necessary appliances, such as a microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Finally, the living room has a 42" LED TV, dining table with chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a beautiful window overlooking the swimming pool and external veranda.
THE HOUSE: SLEEPING AREA
The bedrooms are equipped with a 22" LED TV, large wardrobe and USB switches near the bed. As regards the bedrooms, there are 2 double bedrooms , one of which has a beautiful double canopy bed, and a triple bedroom with 3 single beds.
The house has 2 complete internal bathrooms, equipped with extremely elegant and clean suspended sanitary fixtures, with marble sinks and shower cubicles.
The interior is equipped with heating system with radiant floor system, the cooling is managed with two air conditioners that allow you to adjust the temperature in the sleeping area and in the living area.
OUTDOOR AREA: GAMES AREA, INFINITY POOL, COVERED VERANDA, BARBECUE
The outdoor space offers a special environment for any time of the day. The veranda with wooden roof and waterproof straw has an American barbecue with large kitchen top, comfortable wooden table (extendable) with chairs, an ideal place to organize excellent outdoor barbecues. Furthermore, the splendid infinity pool (6x3.5 - 2.60x3 meters) has a hydromassage function (with 3 seats) and a small fountain.
The pool is also heated by a solar heating system, which provides a couple of degrees to the water. The temperature of the water therefore depends on the presence of the sun, in its absence, or with low and harsh external temperatures, this service is not guaranteed.
The solarium, the seats facing the pool and 2 external showers (with hot and cold water), bathroom with laundry with washing machine, and a covered parking with automatic gate are further available comforts.
In addition, is available a beautiful playing field (approximately 10x5 metres), made of synthetic grass and completely fenced. You can practice various sports activities, including mini tennis, basketball, mini football, volleyball, football, tennis etc. It is provided of spolights, so it's available also during the night. For added security, a camera has been installed that will allow you to control your children playing directly from the monitor located in the kitchen.
NEARBY
Villa Gargasole is located on provincial road 188, between the towns of Corsano and Alessano. The road has little traffic and guarantees tranquility, privacy and intimacy.
The two inhabited centers are less than 1 km apart, and all the main services are present (shopping centre, cafè, pastry shops, groceries, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, gas station, tobacconist, etc.).
Furthermore, as mentioned above, the surrounding area is full of very interesting trails to walk. A very interesting path, overlooking the sea, which I absolutely recommend is the Sentiero delle Cipolliane.
