"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"Staying here was a pleasure. Mohamed was a very hospitable host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible to everything around. "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there.
