Newly renovated 1 Bedroom Ground Floor Flat. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen/ diner perfect for a short or long stay. High ceilings lead into a stylish comfortable living room with SMART TV with Roku Stick, leather sofas, and a workstation. The relaxing double bedroom has a new top-of-the-range Simba Mattress and storage for your luggage. Immaculate shower room/ WC. Passcode entry system so you never need to worry about loosing your keys.
Local High Street and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk and a 10-minute drive to the infamous Loch Lomond and tourist attractions.

The space
Newly renovated throughout. High ceilings and large windows give a spacious and light feel. Day/ night blinds in the living room and bedroom allow for privacy but still let in natural light.
Fully equipped kitchen - oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and washing machine. All crockery, cutlery, and utensils that you could need. You will also find pots, pans, baking and oven trays, scales, measuring cups, casserole dishes, and thermos flasks in the cupboards. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil and salt/ pepper are all ready for you.
Fast Wi-Fi, SMART TV with Roku stick for streaming services and channels (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, catch up TV etc), and an HMDI cable to connect your laptop to the TV. We have a workstation should you need to get office work done.
The bedroom has a brand new, top-of-the-range Simba mattress for a very comfortable night's sleep.
NB. Extension leads are provided throughout the flat.
A SMART thermostat is located in the living room to customize the temperature of the flat, as well as adjustable valves on each radiator for full temperature control in each room. A combi boiler provides Gas Central Heating for the flat and hot water to the shower.
Mini ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hoover and cleaning essentials are all provided.

The flat is in an old building with depressing outside views over a car park and a shabby house at the back and Its situated on a very busy road with constant traffic all day at the front. The boiler is situated in a cupboard in the small bedroom and came on several times during the three nights we had paid for.. Not conducive to getting a good nights sleep. Only four ( two each) soft pillows, no headboard so not comfortable to sit and read in bed.. Overall a satisfactory flat but as a holiday destination did not meet our expectations.

Lovely ground floor flat with car parking outside. The flat is clean and comfortable with a lovely well equipped kitchen. Ideally situated as close to supermarkets, shops and local transport. Just 5 minutes drives to Loch Lomond and surrounding areas. Owner very easily contactable. Will stay again when l return to thr area

The host with the most.
Despite a rocky start, due largely to Vrbo’s handling of the information supplied by the host, we enjoyed the beautiful, well-equipped flat. The host was always available to answer questions and correct the misinformation. For future users it is worth noting that the Coop, Aldi and Iceland are all within walking distance of the flat. Balloch country park is a short drive from the property with boat and seaplane trips available. Around the beautiful local Lochs, parking is mostly free and one sees many families enjoying BBQs on the open areas which are provided with picnic tables.

Perfect appartement voor 2 personen
De flat is met zorg ingericht en is van alles voorzien (alleen een haardroger heb ik niet gevonden). Je kan te voet naar de supermarkt en er is voldoende parkeerplaats vlakbij. Goed bed en heel rustig. Goede en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Het overtrof onze verwachting en is zeker een aanrader. Goed bed
