"Check in was fantastic, however bar service is painfully slow, with bar staff serving people that have just arrived at the bar whilst I was stood for about 5 minutes. Woken up this morning (Sunday) at 650am to load music playing for about an hour too. Didn’t think that this hotel would allow that sort of thing to happen. "

"Great stay in a very comfortable room. However, it would have been even better if we'd had 2 chairs rather than 1. The bed was really comfortable ad the hotel was in a great part of the city. Loved the pool too and it was open almost all the time "

"Room was on the 5th floor. Clean and quiet. The reception area was spacious and leads into the restaurant. I didn't have time for breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. Wi-Fi was available for an extra cost. Of course, the hotel is right next to the airport terminal so extremely convenient. The staff were pleasant and friendly at the reception desk. I should mention that the shower wasn't a walk-in shower, you have to step over into the bath which could be a problem if you have physical ailments, for which I do but it wasn't major problem for me. I didn't require a change of room. I'm sure there are rooms available that are more suitable if you have more serious issues. Nonetheless, I still recommend this hotel and I was happy during my short stay. "
