People were amazing, very knowledgeable, very helpful with directions and information about the area and if they were not sure they were very eager to find out more information for me, very sweet and very nice people. My room was very clean and very nice. The hotel is close to the center of town so it was very easy to walk every where but at the same time it was quiet and relaxing. "Loved this hotel, close to the square. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Cookies, comp water, fruit juice and fresh fruit were a lovely touch in the room. AC worked great. Breakfast was lovely. Drinks were on par. Only issue was we were locked out of the hotel for 15 mins. on a Saturday night in the rain at 10:45pm. "The staff at the hotel went over and above to make sure everything was good. I had an accident while walking in Puebla and the staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing in guiding me to get the help that I needed. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very, very good.
