"Amazing property, high level of cleanliness, a variety of choices for continental breakfast. Staff are very friendly and parking warden really nice guy. Everyone really polite and very helpful. Grand studio was very clean. Everything is new and well looked after"

I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad, then I asked for an orange juice, when I complained...

"Cold welcoming and personal had bad service I requested for towels because found room without towels after 2hours they brought me towels and then no breakfast i thing hotel no worth "

"I appreciated the guards at the facility. They ensured my safety. If you don't speak French, the staff is honestly not very kind. Thankfully, I had a friend that spoke French and was able to communicate for me. "

"The 'superior' room was disappointingly small and dark with a view over a dirty back alley. Poor lighting and nowhere to sit. Rock hard bed and hard lumpy pillows. The better rooms had non-functioning A/C. The staff, however, were super kind and helpful.p"
