"I sent 2 emails and called the hotel once to arrange a pick up at the airport. I was not picked up and at 1:30 AM got ripped off by the only taxi at the airport. If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there. "An older property that's well maintained, the El Aurassi has unparalleled views of the harbor and city. Staff are attentive, multi-lingual and food is good. Room was comfortable and clean.
