Fantastic villa overlooking the Bay of Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas close around 1 km Golf Lauro Golf, about 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Malaga.
The house has 240 m2 on two floors, 3 bedrooms on the top floor with a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool and an outdoor terrace, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, a toilet, a large living room and full kitchen, plus a large porch overlooking the heated pool.
Plot of 5,000 m2 composed of more than 1,000 m2 of recreational area with heated pool, sun loungers, barbecue, playground with swings, basketball basket, table tennis, billiards, hammock etc ... The rest of the plot is fenced and planted with different species of trees and a chicken coop with fresh eggs daily.

Fantastic week in our villa!
Dear Miguel and Mariecarmen, Again we really like to thank you for our very nice week in your villa. The villa was very clean and very nice situated in the area of Malaga. The heated pool was amazing! Very nice place to eat outside the house and the playing area for the children. And the eggs of the chickens every day! Love to come back!!! Warm regards of the whole family.
