The Clarence Luxury country accommodation in Alice NSW

The Clarence is an Eco friendly masterpiece of steel, concrete, glass and wood, located in a beautiful north facing parkland spanning across a klm of private Clarence river frontage. The combination of industrial raw materials combined with nature makes this space something completely unforgettable.

You'll have the main house which has a big beautiful deck overlooking the river, a studio, Main bell tent and four additional bell tents all to yourself.

The Space -

Main house - 1Bedroom, king bed, TV with Foxtel and Netflix and a ceiling fan.

Dining table sits up to 6 guests inside and 12 on the outside dinning table.

Relax on the couch in front of the cosy, wood fired heater ----- or lose yourself in a good book.

A large deck with comfortable seating along with a bbq and a large solid European oak table top, contrasted with the blackened box end steel base, this oak outdoor dining table deftly blends the realm of nature with the realm of man. There is a premium barbecue that can be used as an oven and cooktop.

One bathroom with a compost toilet and a shower using only rainwater.

Studio - 2 king single beds and 1 queen with a ceiling fan.

Bell Tent - Set up with 2 queen beds with an option to have extra bedding set up if requested.

Absolutely stunning, superbly relaxing.
The perfect country escape from the busyness of the city where we could switch off and relax with all the creature comforts. The Ranch was everything we could ask for. Spectacular views, complete privacy, luxury, and to feel at one with nature. Super comfortable beds - everyone claimed to have had the best sleeps ever. Well-equipped kitchen, loads of timber for the fireplace and firepit, plenty of hot water for the 6 of us even though we had a couple of overcast and rainy days. Our 13-year-olds loved sleeping in the very spacious tent, each having a queen bed to themselves. Even though we had very cold nights there was plenty of bedding to keep everyone warm including in the cabin and tent. Whilst phone connectivity was limited, Wifi worked absolutely fine for those needing to check in to work or use facetime. Only thing that was lacking was more time to stay and enjoy ourselves longer and roof racks to cart the kayaks down to the river at Yates Crossing (it's otherwise a steep descent from the property). Communication with the host Matt was excellent. Can't wait to return.
