"We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

"The hotel is in very good condition, the parking is large and free. If you don't arrive by car, keep in mind that there is nothing in the surroundings. When we went, the restaurant was closed and we couldn't eat there either. The staff was very friendly but it is too far from everything."

"Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in the best spot of Geneva and old town. We all enjoyed our stay. There were six adults in our family ski trip in three hotel rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states.
