"The front desk was very accommodating, and we were grateful. Our room looked out to the pool area and there was a fun group of adults enjoying themselves. However, we had to be up quite early, and the noise level was pretty high. We made a call explaining our situation, and she not only moved us to a different room, but didn’t make us pay the extra amount for having a room facing the bay. We slept great, and truly appreciated them working with us. "

"Nice place overall. The pool had some kind of floating in it like a bunch of diapers or something pieces. So couldn't use that, but the hot tub was nice needs to be updated. Nobody is at the desk.
