"Great spot to get away from it all. Wonderful hiking trails, we hired e-bikes from reception to explore the area. The hot-pot (jacuzzi) was top, you need to book a slot with reception which means you have it just for your group which was great. The restaurant and bar were great quality and all staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back!"

"Overall it was an okay stay. We initially got lost trying to find the checkin. It is NOT in the back of the hotel as described in our welcome email. You checkin in on the main level in the building right next door to the parking. We went up and down stairs trying to find the checkin and there are parts of the hotel (the downstairs storage) that were sketch. Our room was actually pretty decent and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Warning- The hotel is right across the street...

Attention to detail is everything and a way of life here. The way their staff are looked after here is inspiring, the quality of Swiss life shines through is the service. If you are there at the holiday season, try to get a reservation in to the Raclette chalet as early as possible since it books up really quickly! "This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"The room was nice but we seemed to be a distraction for the staff as they tried to run the restaurant. You have to walk through part of v the dining area to get to the rooms which makes things difficult when they are full. After driving to get to the hotel, they were not willing to allow us to eat there, starting they were full, even though the dining room was empty when we checked in. "
