"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"

"The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country."

"The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there. The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all. "

CheckInn laut Aussage Hotel erst ab 15:00 obwohl im Internet 14:00 steht. kein Frühstück obwohl in der Buchung Frühstück inbegriffen steht. dann aber beim Abschluss der Buchung davon nichts mehr steht, so dass man es nicht beweisen kann( kann auch an der Plattform liegen) morgens kein Mensch da, keine Rechnung, keine Info dazu. Mehr als schlecht alles!"
