"The hotel is located in a great area for touristy activities and is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, Brussels streets are filthy and people are smoking in every doorway, so cigarette butts are everywhere. The smoking isn't unique, as most of Europe is this way, but the streets are much cleaner!"

"Ibis is a great budget hotel at a great location in Brussels. It was right next to the train station which made getting to and from there easy both from the airport, and traveling by domestic or international train. The rooms were quite small and the area outside was sometimes noisy if you left the window open, but it was cheap, clean and within walking distance of everything we needed in brussels. The staff was very helpful and helped us extend out stay easily."

"I debated about the rating for this hotel due to problems we encountered. On our first night, the a/c cut out. At 1:30 am, after tossing and turning and being unable to sleep, I called the desk to inquire. They sent up a portable fan which did a good job cooking the room.
