"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling).
