"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. "Very convenient location. Nice hotel internally in the lobby. The hotel room is basic, just a bathroom with a shower and a bed with TV. The bed is a small double but an upgrade in quality wouldn't go a miss - the same with the pillows. The view from the first floor window isn't great. "The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. "Staff was friendly and wonderful from the time we entered. Oksana specifically went above and beyond with customer service she was so helpful with anything we needed. Our first trip to London this hotel was walkable to so many places we wanted to see and Oksana provided wonderful directions & feedback. The kitchen waa nice and a store just two doors down.
